TREKKING ROUTE FROM SUGAPA VILLAGE

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL IN JAKARTA/MANADO/BALI
DAY 02 : JAKARTA/MANADO/BALI TO BIAK ISLAND
DAY 03 : BIAK TO NABIRE, Stay at non star hotel
DAY 04 : NABIRE TO SUGAPA/BILOGAI (2.300 m)
Being 2.300 m above sea level, Sugapa becomes a perfect place for aclimatization.
DAY 05 : TREKKING TO MINDOU VILLAGE
DAY 06 – 08: TREKKING DAYS TO CARSTENSZ PYRAMID BASE CAMP
Trekking to Base Camp would take about 7 to 8 hours per day
DAY 09 : Acclimatization day and walking around Base Camp
DAY 10 – 11 : SUMMIT DAYS
DAY 12 – 15 : TREKKING BACK TO SUGAPA/BILOGAI
DAY 16 : SUGAPA/BILOGAI - NABIRE
DAY 17 : NABIRE - BIAK – JAKARTA/MANADO/BALI
DAY 19 : JAKARTA/MANADO/BALI DEPARTURE

Included on the expedition cost:

• All required permits in Jakarta and Papua
• Charter flight (Nabire - Sugapa and return)
• Airport transfers in Jakarta/Manado/Bali, Biak & Nabire

  Accommodation at hotel/guesthouse/home stay indicated on the itinerary based on twin share/double
• Overweight on all flights
• Personal climbing and camping equipments
• Extra food and beverages
• Personal expenses (laundry, phone call, hotel’s minibar)
• Evacuation or rescue
• Any expenses due to the flight delay or cancel
• Indonesia re-entry visa fee ( $ US 25/Pax )
